Games Monitor

I lived in Delhi for over 2 years and I would have been proud of the Delhi government if such stringent measures could be taken. It is all about vote politics there and no harsh measures can be taken by the government. And the suggestion that government should teach people to play for the games instead of preparing the infrastructure is preposterous and absolutely illogical.. Preparing for infrastructure is the job of the government and if it doesn't do that, it has no right to be in power. Teaching citizens how to play games is definately not.
