Listen to More Or Less (not) hosted (but posted) by Jonathan Brind (on his website) on BBC Radio 4 which provides an analysis of alleged economic, including tourism and urban regeneration, and sports particpation benefits and the high probability that London will get very little out of the event.
The programme features Stefan Szymanski on economic benefits? and Mike Weed on increase in sport participation?
Programme hasn't moved on from the £9.3billion cost but Szymanski excludes Stratford City as a legacy and gets to the point on tourism and economic benefits. He's not so hot on the decontamination of the Olympic Park! Weed knocks out sport participation.

More Or Less
I didn't host this BBC radio programme. I merely posted an excerpt from the programme on my web site at http://www.olympisstake.co.uk/moreorless.html
